Vice Rector organizes and supervises the work of creative teaching, follows the drafting and implementation of plans and curricula of faculties and departments, organizes and supervises the work of the qualification of the teaching trupes at the University of Arts, both within and outside the country, drafts plan calendar of the learning process in the academic ladder and presents it to the Rector for approval, controls the organization and conduction of the students admission competition and generalize and controls the faculty experience and those of smaller teaching-learning units in the learning process-making through working groups set up across the University of Arts.
