Vocal Studies Department

The Study Program at the Vocal Studies Department gives students the opportunity that at the end of the study period, to gain in-depth knowledge of the general stylistic, historical and aesthetic aspects related to their profile. Furthermore, referring to the specifics of individual subjects, the student will be trained in the field of musical interpretation of works of genders and different aesthetic approaches. During the study years in these programs, a special importance is given to professional practices, by creating to the students the possibility of direct confrontation with the stage and with well-known artists.

At the same time, during the study years, students of this program have the opportunity of numerous Master-Classes with operatic singing personalities, which are offered as individual lessons for each participating student. At the end of the study program, students will have the opportunity of professional activation as: soloist, singer for operatic repertoire, singer for chamber music repertoire, singer in choral chamber music ensembles, singer in symphonic choral ensembles, singer in lyric choral ensembles, teachers of singing at schools of artistic orientation, music teachers in schools of pre-university education, etc.
